Knoxville Public Library Expansion Project

The Knoxville Alumni Association is partnering with the Knoxville Public Library with the Expansion and Renovation Project as the capital campaign nears the finish line!

The newly expanded library will have additional meeting rooms, study rooms, a dedicated teen space, a larger genealogy and historical room, and a drive-thru drop box. The library is an essential resource for the entire community.

A generous donor has stepped forward to match donations up to $25,000 for the rest of the year. So don't delay. Help us reach our goal and invest in our community.

2018 Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet

Three outstanding athletes and one team will be inducted into the 2018 Knoxville High School Athletic Hall of Fame. This 14th induction class will be honored on Friday, January 26, 2018.

Tickets to the noon luncheon banquet at the Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum are on sale now for $16, and can be purchased at Iowa State Savings Bank.

Honorees will be inducted later that evening between the girl's and boy's basketball games at Knoxville High School. 2018 recipients include:

     Pat McKay-Kvistad: Class of 1975 All-State Basketball
     Andy Kelley: Class of 1996 All-State Football & State Runner-Up Wrestler
     1991 Class 3A State Champion Track Team
     Ken Howard: Long-time Knoxville High School Athletic Director

Black & Gold Memories

The Knoxville Alumni Association is pleased to announce the availability of Black & Gold Memories - 75 Years of Ken Locke Stadium.

This booklet documents, in pictures, the evolution of Knoxville's Historic Ken Locke Stadium. The booklets are only $5 each, and are available from any KAA Board Member.

All proceeds go to support the Knoxville Alumni Association and the Ken Locke Stadium.
